• The customer request is discussed between the customer and stakeholders.
• An IST diagnosis of the initial situation, including relevant context elements, is made.
• The SOLL situation is mapped out.
• Change strategy and interventions are determined.
• A project proposal is made in PDCA format, including cost/benefit analysis.
• Execution of project proposal.
• Effectiveness measurements of interventions and desired end situation.
• Securing the change process.
