Niels built his experience at various companies within the technical sector, particularly in the food and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, he has been active for many years as an instructor within Defence.

He finds his passion in solving problems and optimising processes within companies and teams. He also gains a great deal of energy from training and developing people.

His strengths include a practical and efficient approach that leads to decisiveness and effectiveness. His analytical ability and creativity result in solution-driven outcomes. In short, he combines expertise with a hands-on mentality.
